Everyone else gives you 1/4 to 1/3 lb. per person.  Why risk embarrassment of running out when Cypress Catering gives you twice as much?

* 1/2 pound Sliced Meat per person *

(Choice of 2 meats:  Brisket, Chopped Beef, Sausage, or Chicken)
Turkey, Pork Loin, or Ribs may be added, NOT subsituted.

3 Side Dishes:

Choice of: BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Green Beans, Fried Okra or Hot Baked Potato. Salad, Sliced Pickles, Onions & Jalapenos, Sliced White Bread. Carl’s Original BBQ Sauce

Brewed Iced Tea, Bagged Ice, Cups, Lemon, Sugar and Sweet ‘N Low.
Plates, Plastic Packs (fork, knife, napkin, salt, pepper, and toothpick)
Serving Utensils & Tongs (you can keep ‘em)
